The FAITH Workgroup is developing a survey tool to take to faith leaders throughout New York City, to identify which ones are willing to stand with us and demand justice - not just soup - for homeless people.

The DIRECT ACTION Workgroup is preparing for the next step in our confrontational campaign of asserting the people's right to control over space, land, and housing.

The LEGISLATIVE Workgroup is working on a plan to build relationships with local journalists and bloggers who will be covering the local elections this fall, as a means of determining where the candidates for City Council, Mayor, Comptroller, and Public Advocate all stand on the issues of housing and warehousing.

The GUERRILLA PUBLICITY Workgroup is building a messaging and communications strategy in support of our big July action, as well as a pro-active media campaign to build public support for the reclaiming of land and housing...
